Deposit Policy

$45 per person deposit is due at the time of booking, your spot is not confirmed until confirmation of deposit is received. The deposit goes toward the trip amount; for example if the trip was $225-$45 deposit the day of the trip $180 is due. The deposit is due as soon as you receive the invoice via email or text link, Deposits can be taken over the phone for convenience as well. Payment is through Square taken in the form of Credit/Debit Card. All major credit cards are accepted. Deposits are refundable with a 7 day notice or as noted in the cancellation policy.

72 hour notice 50% Refund

48 hours or less No Refund

NO SHOW charged in full no refund

Credit Card information is needed before the trip is confirmed, in the event of a cancellation the card will be charged according to the Cancellation Policy.

If we can fill your spot you will be award 100% refund. If for Safety circumstances the Captain cancels your trip, you will be award 100% refund or given the option to reschedule at a later date. These cancellations are mainly due to rough seas and high winds.
